Amphayvone has been working with ESL for more than 7 years and she has experience in team mobilization and management, staff training, and field supervisors in several hydropower and mining projects in Laos. She also develops and continuously improves questionnaires and interview forms used for socio-economic and health surveys. She has a great understand in a local context particularly in gender and culture. She also assists in report writing through secondary data collection and analysis.
