Mrs. Amphayvone Onesy
Ms. Amphayvone Onesy is the Social and Health Specialist at ESL, bringing nearly a decade of experience in environmental and social impact assessments, health impact assessments, and socio-economic studies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Laos and has completed specialized training in antimalarial treatment and solar cell technology.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including ESIA studies for hydropower and thermal power plants, socio-economic surveys for infrastructure development, and health studies for mining operations. Ms. Amphayvone has expertise in data collection, field supervision, and technical analysis, with strong competencies in database management. She plays a vital role in ESL’s mission, ensuring that health and social dimensions are thoroughly integrated into environmental solutions.
