Junior IT officer

Mr. Nopphanay Mivapadith is an IT Officer and Data Analyst at ESL, where he leverages his technical expertise and analytical skills to support the firm’s operations. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at the National University of Laos, building on his diploma from the Soutsaka Institute of Information Technology. His professional background includes roles as Head Barista at Pigaboo Kid Café and Barista at Ratio Coffee, where he demonstrated strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills. Additionally, as a content creator and coordinator with Huashi Media, he gained experience in graphic design, video production, and community management, utilizing tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. 

Nopphanay’s proficiency in IT, including hardware and software troubleshooting, coupled with his skills in communication, time management, and self-learning, positions him as a versatile professional. His combined expertise in technology, data analysis, and creative problem-solving makes him a valuable asset to the ESL team.
