SANTIXAY CHANTHALOUNNAVONG

Social Research

Santixay Chanthalounnavong is a Social Research Assistant at ESL, where he applies his technical expertise and critical social analysis skills to support project implementation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Community Development from Pecs University in Hungary. 

Following his graduation, Santixay actively expanded his knowledge and professional experience. He worked as a Field Enumerator and Assistant Team Leader at SCI Laos, as well as a Communications Assistant at GIS Lao, where he demonstrated his capabilities in social work and community engagement. 

With a strong foundation in social sciences, social work, and education, Santixay is also skilled in social media advocacy and project coordination. He is passionate about promoting social equality, violence prevention, health and productivity, family healthcare, and tobacco-free initiatives.
