Ms. Phanida Vongphakdy is an Environmental and Social Technical Officer at ESL. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management from the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, National University of Laos, and has extensive experience in environmental consultancy, advocacy, and youth leadership. Her background includes supporting Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reporting, coordinating with government officials and community leaders, and leading community-based waste management initiatives. As a leader in organizations like Zero Waste Laos and the Global Green Growth Institute Lao PDR, she designed and facilitated training programs, awareness campaigns, and sustainability projects in schools and rural communities.
